Postage

 

During the busy winter season please allow 1-3 working days for orders to be despatched. 

 

Delivery cost is automatically calculated at the checkout based on the weight of the items being ordered. UK 2nd class delivery starts from £1, medium and large parcels are £3.49 and extra large parcels are £6.99.

Payment

Customers have the option to pay via PayPal or card at the checkout. Please note, for card payments to be processed, your information and postcode/zip code entered in the "Billing Address" section must match the postcode/zip code registered with the bank card being used.

 

I am very sorry, we are unable to accept card payments over the phone.

Returns

 

Please measure your dog accurately and according to the listing instructions for collars, coats, jumpers and bedding.

If you find that an item does not fit or is not suitable, please refer to the returns form on the back of your invoice or contact us within 14 days by filling out the contact form above to arrange a return. Returned items can only be accepted if they are unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags still attached.

Coats, collars, jumpers and jackets must be unwashed and free of dirt and hair.

 

Customers are responsible for the return postage cost. Once we have received the returned item, we can send the correct size (postage will be charged at cost price) or carry out a refund.
