Returns
Please measure your dog accurately and according to the individual product listing instructions.
If you find that an item does not fit or is not suitable, please refer to the returns form printed on the back of your invoice and return the items within 30 days. Returned items can only be accepted if they are unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags still attached.
If collars, coats or jumpers have been tried on for size, they must be unwashed and completely free from hair.
Customers are responsible for the return postage cost. We recommend retaining proof of postage from the Post Office or courier. Once we have received the returned item, we can send the correct size (postage will be charged at cost price) or issue a refund.
Additional Return Information for June
Pointy Faces will be partially closed from 16th–25th June. This will affect both the processing of returns and the dispatch of new orders.
During this period:

Refunds: Please send proof of postage, along with a photo of your completed returns form, via email to info@pointyfaces.co.uk. Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 3 working days.

Exchanges: Exchanges received during this time will be processed once we are fully operational again from 26th June.
